How did you find out about us?

Permissions I give permission for the seeking of any emergency advice or treatment. Latymer Learning will attempt to contact me in the event of an accident or emergency. I agree not to bring my child into Latymer Learning if he/she is ill or infectious. Do we have permission to take pictures of your child with their work, certificates and achievements for use on our social media channels?

Study Agreement

Success with Latymer Learning depends on an effective partnership between parents and the Centre Managers for the benefit of the learner. In order to achieve this, I agree to:

Ensure that the homework set is completed and marked every day. Encourage and motivate my child. Inform the Centre Managers of any factors (learning, health or medical needs) which may affect my child's learning. Take responsibility for the behaviour and safety of my child outside of the classroom. Inform the Centre Managers in advance if my child will be absent from class. Work is provided on request. Pay all fees by Standing Order on the 1st of each month. Give notice before the last month's payment is made if I wish to discontinue study. The £100 refundable deposit is returned as a £100 discount on the last month's fee; there is no other form of refund.

PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to discontinue with Latymer Learning, we require notice before your last month's payment is made. The £100 refundable deposit is returned as a discount on your last month's fee — your final month is reduced by £100. There is no other form of refund for the deposit. At certain times of the year the centre may be closed; the Centre Managers will inform parents of closures and ensure students receive work to continue their programmes over the break. The monthly fee is pro-rated for the whole year taking closures into consideration. The Centre Manager reserves the right to exclude a child from the centre at any time.
